North America Events Council Blog Hop April 2018

Hello everyone!  It has been a wonderful week returning from OnStage.  A lot of things happening from the retiring list being posted, the upcoming color revamp and of course the new Annual Catalog arrival.  For the past 18 months, I have the wonderful opportunity of being part of the Global Events Council.  This council is made up of demonstrators from the United States, Canada, Europe and the South Pacific.  The “North America” Council Members have wanted to start a blog hop featuring the projects we presented at OnStage.  So, here goes our very first North American Events Council Blog Hop April 2018!

Share What You Love Suite:

As a council member, one of my responsibilities is to be a presenter for a new product suite at OnStage. I love receiving product to work with and share with fellow demonstrators at the event.  For the April OnStage, each member received the same supplies from the NEW Share What You Love Suite coming in the NEW CATALOG.

When I first started with Stampin’ Up! it was all about scrapbooking.  I wasn’t a card maker or a 3-D paper crafter.  My passion was strictly on creating keepsake pages for my three children as well as document life memories.  Stampin’ Up! of course has AMAZING products to work with.  I have a lot of albums and I am so thankful each and every time I look through them.  With only a few days before April’s OnStage, one of the council members asked me about a scrapbook page.  As I started creating one, Rhonda picked up the phone and we started creating one together…I live in New York and she is in Arizona.  When we finished, we shared with the other members and it inspired them to create one as well!

With every page I create, pictures are my main focus.  This leads to color combination as well as what I plan to use to accessories.  However, since I had the new product suite to work with, I wanted to use several of the items on my page.  The pictures are from OnStage in Salt Lake City this past November.  We were all together for the first time to prep, work, present and of course clean up after the event.  It was such an AMAZING experience, all 3 OnStages I was a part of.  I am still trying to process everything.  Memories to last a life time!
