Color Fusers Blog Hop August 2024

How did it get to be August already? Back to school is literally so close! In a few weeks, I will be bringing my youngest son to Florida to start college. I can’t believe he is actually going so far from home! Meanwhile, I am still having problems with my keyboard. So if a “n” or “y” are missing you know why, bare with me. Let’s get right to my project for the Color Fusers Blog Hop August 2024.

My project:

This month the color palette was definitely one I would never think of pairing. I would of went with a green or blue shade for contrast. HOWEVER, I love that it challenged me. What came to mind immediately?  Create a baby card, which is exactly what I needed for a baby shower! First, I made this month’s color combination and then I created another combo.

Yes, a simple card but with endless choices if you switch the baby clothes for birthday balloons, a heart, a christmas tree, just about anything will work! I plan on using this design for a holiday card. My supplies are listed below for easy reference. Enjoy hopping through the other talented demonstrators.
