Color Fusers Blog Hop June 2024

Hello! It’s finally here! Color Fusers Blog Hop June 2024 with the NEW In Colors! I am pretty excited to share them with you because of how pretty they are! They are a great addition to our color families! Let’s see what I designed.

My Project:

Being a demonstrator has it’s perks! I was able to preorder all the new In Color products in APRIL! I only wish I had more time to use them. At my last card class, I created the Sea Turtle card. I didn’t use all the colors but I’m including it to display another option showcasing the new in colors. Grab your supplies and let’s make a card!

The Details:

I have to be honest, I have had some back and leg issues and today, my back was acting up a little. I had a framed art project all planned and it didn’t happen. I quickly made 2 note cards highlighting the pretty pattern designer series paper.

• cut solid card stock 3 1/8″ x 4 5/8″
• cut basic white 3″ x 4 1/2″
• trim VERTICAL strips of DSP 1″ x 3 3/4″
• trim horizontal strips 3/4″ x 2 7/8″
• cut out brackets from the unbounded love dies
• stamp sentiment in coordinating colors
• add ribbon to card BEFORE you place on card
• adhere sentiment
• cut out flowers from the unbounded beauty DSP
• add gems
• assemble as shown

• cut card base 4 1/4 x 5 1/2″
• trim DSP 1″ x 5 1/4″ (2)
• cut center piece 2 3/4″ x 11″
• score at 5 1/2″
• cut basic white 2 1/2″ x 5 1/4″(2)
• stamp images as shown onto the white cardstock
• die cut sentiment piece to stamp
• assemble as shown
• add ribbon
• add gems
