Sale-a-bration Card Club March 2020 Card 2

Each month with my card club I create two full size cards and 2 note cards.  Not sure why I came up with that but honestly, I love sharing the two card sizes and my customers love it!  Let me share the Sale-a-bration Card Club March 2020 Card 2 in today’s posts!  I hope you will like it as much as I do.

The Details:

I haven’t touched the Woven Threads Designer Series Paper until I created this card. When I create, I really think about color combinations.  Often I find many like “neutral” color palettes. I tend to go off ribbon and then build. In this case, the ribbon and the paper won out! I loved how both combinations came out. With the colors of Seaside Spray and Terracota Tile, with in colors, I felt it was on “neutral” palette. The slight hint of Crumb Cake really balanced it all out!

Create Your Own:

Grab your supplies!

• cut card base 4 1/4″ x 11″
• score at 5 1/2″
• cut layering piece 4″ x 5 1/4″
• emboss with the Suble Embossing Folder
• cut Designer Series Paper 2″ x 5 1/4″
• add ribbon
• take tailored tag punch and punch in Crumb Cake, cut in half to create base for Vase
• die cut one of the Stitched So Sweetly Scallop Edged Rectangles and stamp images as shown
• assemble card
• finish with Champagne Rhinestones
• put in envelope, add stamp and mail!

Bonnie’s Monthly Card Club!

Every month my card club meets on the 4th Tuesday. This month, well plans were changed but hopefully next month, my local club members will be back stampin’ away. Everyone can join my club, for those not local, I prep cards and mail them for you to complete at home. No stamping of images due to Stampin’ Up! policy but everything is included!
