Color Fusers November Palette Card #2
Each month when the Color Fusers Blog Hop is about to go live, I love challenging myself to create more than one project with the monthly palette. Here is my Color Fusers November Palette Card #2 for today’s post.
- cut card stock 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″
- score at 4 1/4″
- cut layering card stock 4″ x 5 1/4″
- cut Very Vanilla 3 3/4″ x 5″
- die cut a Stitched Shapes Circles with the Copper Foil Sheet
- cut Copper Foil Sheet strip 1/4″ x 3 3/4″
- cut the Designer Series Paper 2 1/2″ x 3 3/4″
On one of the cards I used a larger Stitched Shape Circle that has 3 Perfectly Plaid Trees. The one in the middle I did emboss with Copper Embossing Powder. I stamped the sentiment from the Perfectly Plaid Stamp Set in Perfect Peacock. Add a little Copper Trim bow to a tree and the card is finished.
Brightly Gleaming Specialty Designer Series Paper:
The copper foil sheets are not an item I tend to use. Being completely honest, I reach for the silver or gold foil sheets way more! Maybe because we have ribbon or it’s better of a match to my eye. However, the Brightly Gleaming Specialty Designer Series Paper in the Holiday Catalog features copper accents with Pretty Peacock! YAY! I then used my FAVORITE die, the Stitched Shapes Dies to be my focal point. I love how it all came together to create a holiday card.

Time to Craft
I still have one more card to post using this month’s Color Fusers Color Combination but I will be working on my next project tomorrow, Holiday Framed Art featuring the Let It Snow Specialty Designer Series Paper. AIso, I know I posted last week about my upcoming winter retreat, however, I will be sharing it weekly until the spots are filled! I am so excited it is finally happening and I hope if you are local or able to attend, you will contact me.
