Good Morning Magnolia Card
Each month when I create for the Color Fusers Blog Hop, I make it a point to design more than one item with the color palette. For September, the colors were Rococo Rose, Merry Melot, Mossy Meadow and Night of Navy. Yesterday’s post, Color Fusers Blog Hop September 2019, the card had all 4 colors. Today, I decided to use only 2 of the 4 and introduce Crumb Cake because I love the In Color Ribbon. The Good Morning Magnolia Card was a lot of fun to complete. Stampin’ Blends were the perfect choice to color with, just deciding what color was the hard part!
The Details:
- cut card base 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″
- score at 4 1/4″
- cut layering piece 4″ x 5 1/4″
- cut top layer 3 3/4″ x 5″
- emboss with your favorite embossing folder
- cut a strip of Mossy Meadow 3/4″ x 5″
- stamp Good Morning Magnolia flower in Memento Ink
- color with your choice of Stampin’ Blends (Rococo Rose and Mossy Meadow)
- die cut flower and adhere with dimensionals
- stamp sentiment in Mossy Meadow on small Stitched Shapes Oval
