Color Fusers Blog Hop May 2019

Nothing better than starting out the work week with a nice Color Fusers Blog Hop! I always love the challenge of creating with specific colors.  I received my April Paper Pumpkin and wasn’t able to create with it so I decided this was an opportunity for me to stamp with the set included in the kit!  It sure was a great kit in April and each month seems to deliver better kits!  A fun folded card for the Color Fusers Blog Hop May 2019.

Sentimental Rose Stamp Set:

I absolutely love the detail in the main imagine in the stamp set.  The rose is a distinctive stamp as well as the leaf!  I have seen so many projects with this set that I couldn’t wait to use mine.   This quick gift card holder card, perfect for birthdays or Mother’s Day, displays the stamp set so nicely!  The Night of Navy dots came from the Incredible Like You Stamp Set.

Here is a picture showing the card open and of course closed.  I love the Mother’s Day Sentiment included in the stamp set!

• cut card base 4 1/4″ x11″
• score at 2 1/4” and 5 1/2″ with the 11″ along the top of the trimmer
• using a 2″ circle punch, create notch for gift card
• use tear tape to close to create pocket
• die cut a large Stitched Shape Circle and coordinating Layering Circle Framelit

Sentimental Rose Paper Pumpkin!

The Paper Pumpkin for April 2019 was a hit!  I loved the projects included that I couldn’t wait to complete it!  It contained a cute acetate box to place 6 cards inside!  Super simple cards to create BUT packaged oh so cute!

Monday is here!  

Beginning of May and all it has done the past few days is rain here in NY.  I am hoping the sun shines to make this a sunny bright week.
