Making Christmas Bright Note Card #2
Bright, festive and vibrant colors are all the rage doing the Christmas Season. I decided to stick with that concept when I created my Making Christmas Bright Note Card #2 for my November Holiday Card Club Class. The end result put a smile on my face!
When Stampin’ Up! introduced the Stampin’ Blends over a year ago, I was hesitate at first to use them. However, I instantly fell in LOVE with them and can’t stop using them! For my note card, I used a variety of colors to create my string of Christmas Lights. It is so easy to come up with any color combination, but I love I can design around the colors I choose and coordinate product for it to all come together.
Christmas Bulb Builder
Taking a closer look, I stamped each bulb in a different color and then used the Christmas Bulb Builder to assemble my focal point. The top of the bulb I kept simple with punching from Basic Black card stock and attaching with a Mini Glue Dot. Add some twine (both retired, but black twine or dye white twine to match) since the design is so delicate I didn’t want the bow to be overpowering. My note card is ready to go out in the mail!
I hope you have your holiday shopping list organized because I don’t! Stampin’ Up! has announced that December 13th is the last day to place orders in order for Holiday delivery!
