It was bound to happen. The last card with Petal Passion Designer Series Paper is featured on today’s post. The beautiful black and white colored patterns will be missed even with the NEW Designer Series Paper arriving tomorrow. Let’s take a look at a quick card that highlights the Petal Passion Designer Series Paper.
A closer look:
The Petal Passion Designer Series Paper was paired with the Petal Palette Bundle. The bundle, is available until 5/31/18. On June 1st, the stamp set, the coordinating thinlits and the embossing folder will be in the Annual Catalog. A big sign of relief, right? I stamped the large floral image in Archival Black Ink and then used reinkers with Aqua Painters to shade the flowers and leaves. Also, I added some color to the polka dot pattern paper. It was a lot of fun using the Lemon Lime Twist and Berry Burst colors with the paper. The two colors really pop against the black! After I assembled my card, it dawned on me I could of stamped either a flower or some leaves from the stamp set on the pattern paper on the Berry Burst card. Next time…
