Well, I think it is safe to say that this year’s collection of Sale-a-bration Products is fantastic! I flip through the brochure and each day I change my mind on which is my favorite. In my last class, everyone fell in love with one stamp set in particular. Once they created their card, everyone added it to their order. Safe to say, Heartfelt Blooms is a top pick for Sale-a-bration.

Wanting to share new merchandise, I created the cards in both Lemon Lime Twist and Calypso Coral because of the RIBBON!!! I love ribbon, it is a staple for my cards. I love the new Lemon Lime Twist Mini Striped Ribbon and the Calypso Coral Shimmer Ribbon. There were no complaints in class. Everyone was pleased stamping in both colors!
NEW product:
A closer look at the card shows the pretty Lemon Lime Twist Mini Striped Ribbon and the Simple Stripes Embossing Folder. Both are in the Occasions Catalog. The Heartfelt Blooms image stamps so well in pretty much any color! I haven’t tried to color it because I love it just in the one ink color. Absolutely, love the details in the stamp.
Card Measurements:
- cut card base 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″
- score at 4 1/4″
- cut layering piece (Night of Navy) 4″ x 5 1/4″
- for rectangle piece, cut card stock (Lemon Lime Twist) 3 1/2″ x 4 1/4″
- cut Whisper White 3 1/4″ x 4″
I did wrap the ribbon around the rectangle before I added dimensionals and adhered to the Night Of Navy layer. Added the sentiment by cutting it with the bracket from the Petal and More Thinlits. One last detail, adding a few pearls made it a little more personal. From the 2 colors, which do you like better? You will love how quick it is to create your own card! The hardest part will be deciding on a color!
