Daisy Delight Meets Painted Autumn!
I often find myself surfing the web for inspiration. The ideas that I have collected are a bit overwhelming, however, it also gives me focus. In need of thank you cards, (I know I have plenty!) I was in the mood to create. I looked back at the thousands of pictures I have saved on my phone (are you that way too?) and came across this designed card. The demonstrator, Lyssa, used designer series paper to punch out daisies and created a simple card. I had to try it. I decided to use the NEW Painted Autumn Designer Series Paper that is part of the upcoming Holiday Catalog. Knowing I didn’t want a busy pattern, I chose two that I thought would look adorable. What do you think?
Another Pattern!
Having several packs of designer series paper, I took out one last sheet to make another thank you card. A bit bold on presentation, but how cute! Any color will work with the black and white polka dots from the Whole Lot of Lovely Designer Series Paper but I was feeling a little Melon Mambo!
Oops, I just noticed one of the petals, I cut off the end…there are no mistakes in art and flowers are not always perfect. 🙂
I hope you enjoyed my QUICK card today. You can easily copy it in no time. I made 5 within a half hour. The hardest part of the card, picking the pattern paper. If you happen to make one, I would love to see it!
