I am back from Thailand and England! What a GREAT time I had! My goal was to have a bunch of posts scheduled before I left, but I ran out of time. I had several started and thought when I arrive in Thailand, I will just finish them. That was the plan but my phone at times does not play nice and I wound up getting frustrated trying to type. On a good note, I am back and I am ready to go and will be playing catch up! I posted regularly on Instagram and on my personal Facebook page of the trip. I do plan on sharing with you as well. It was truly amazing! Here we go, the long awaited Card Swap for Thailand post….
Card Swap for Thailand!
When you go to a Stampin’ Up! event, you bring card swaps. In this case, it’s was for the Incentive Trip! WOO HOO!! You may or may not know what a card swap is, if you don’t, it is making the same card numerous times and then swapping them with other people (demonstrators) for different cards. For Thailand, the requirement was 26 cards. I, of course, couldn’t do 26 using the same color so I did a few variations. Do you have a favorite?
Fun Folded Card, once again!
Previously this month, I posted this fun folded card. I use it often because I love the impact it showcases. A little ribbon on the side for some texture and attention. I haven’t used Rose Red in awhile and decided it was time to see what it would look like as a tulip color. I love this Tranquil Tulips Stampin Rewards Stamp Set. It makes a perfect flower each and every time. I used the same color on each flower but I am sure it will look equally as good with two different shades of color. I hope the demonstrators who received my swap liked the card. The words came from the Eastern Beauty Stamp Set and the Delightful Daisy Designer Series Paper finished the card.
Card Swaps from Thailand!
Once I arrived in Thailand, I dropped off my swaps and received 25 new ones. Stampin’ Up! kept one for display purposes as well as to bring back to home office. Some talented demonstrators on this trip! Do you love the variety of cards I received back? Some great cards to CASE!
