It’s time to share this month’s blog hop!
A few weeks ago Stampin Up! informed demonstrators of 6 stamp sets being carried over into the next catalog. I feel fortunate when they share “inside” information ahead of the released Retiring Products 2017 List!. This way, I am can tell my team, as well as customers, that certain items are staying around.

The blog organizer, Patty, decided we would showcase those stamp sets in this month’s blog hop. Honestly, I own two of them so it narrowed down my choices quickly! I went with Dragonfly Dreams.
The Dragonfly Dreams Bundle is currently available until May 31st. Both items will be in the next catalog BUT will be sold separately. Purchase the bundle before May 31st and receive a 10% savings! The stamp set and thinlits are the perfect addition to your collection. The Thinlits have 5 shapes. I have loved creating with each of them! The Dragonfly Dreams Bundle!
I paired the small and large detailed dragonfly thinlit with the RETIRING Gorgeous Grunge Stamp Set. I’m in denial. Do you own this set? It is a STAPLE in my crafting! I love the texture it adds to my card. Looking at the stamp, are you shocked at the outcome? When it first came out I didn’t think I needed it, I was so WRONG! If you haven’t purchased your own set, I HIGHLY suggest you do before May 22nd.
I paired all the dragonflies with Basic Gray and Smoky Slate. Mass producing the cards was easy. I was able to run numerous thinlits at one time! I use the Precision Plate to help with the detail cut outs. Using our die brush as well was extremely helpful with the small pieces out! In the picture, I was able to make 3 Blushing Bride Cards at one time. I know I show you 5 different colors, I made more cards…
I zoomed in on the cards for closer look. As you can see, I added some of our silver thread and rhinestones. The rhinestones and the solid Baker’s Twine shown are RETIRING. I love the variety of Baker’s Twine we currently carry! The new catalog does have new rhinestones as well as new colors in the twine. WHEW!
