I am always a fan of adding black to make things pop. Remember when you were a kid, some of you still are, you would take the black crayon and outline your coloring. I am having major flashbacks! In this case, adding the Basic Black to both the Soft Sky and Sweet Sugar Plum gave me the result I wanted. It was a last minute add of using sponge daubers behind the black detailed dragonfly embellishment. What do you think? Don’t have the Dragonfly Dreams Bundle? Well, you are in luck! It is still available to purchase AND it will be included in the upcoming catalog.
Sale-a-bration ended on March 31st. I had an amazing month! It was packed with classes, non-stop creating and I kept up with posting on my website and social media. Making videos is still something for me to tackle. I am happy to say, I did see you are enjoying my videos and decided to make my next video showcasing how I made this card! My goal, is not to make the videos long. I know everyone is busy with their schedules but I am new to this video concept and I tend to be a talker and want to show you everything! The Dragonfly Dreams Card, has a few tricks and I share some helpful tips when completing this card or other cards using the Big Shot. I hope you will watch it and find it helpful in creating your own card! I am sitting here thinking of color combinations. My mind never rests! I truly love creating with Stampin’ Up! products and sharing with you!

Just about finished…
This week I am traveling to Richmond, VA for OnStage 2017. I am looking forward to seeing many of my Stampin’ Up! friends. I am fortunate, this year I was selected to be part of the Events Global Council and this will be my first event. I have a short presentation on some new product. (I LOVE being on stage!) I will be helping out as a “staff member” which thrills me! I am so grateful I was in a craft store looking at scrapbook materials and a lady suggested I looking into Stampin’ Up! for products. That’s all it took, a stranger suggested, I followed up and 13 plus years later…I am so thankful!
