Color Fusers Blog Hop October 2021
Happy October! Loving the colors for this month’s Color Fusers Blog Hop October 2021! Sale-a-bration 2021 is officially over and I am thrilled with my results (thank you to everyone) but even more excited to use other merchandise now! When the color palettes are announced, I never focus on it until the day before the post is ready! I tell myself I will prepare earlier and then I find myself in the same spot the next month, writing my post the night before. Let’s take a look at what I created Sunday night!
My project:
With October’s color scheme, I knew just the set I wanted to use. Lucky for me it arrived this past week. The Delivering Cheer stamp set is so adorable and fun to color. I love how my card came out this month, I hope you do too!
The Details:
Grab your trimmer! Rarely do I not layer my cards but why not try something different!
- cut card base 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″
- score at 4 1/4″
- cut DSP paper 2″ x 5 1/2″
- cut card stock 3″ x 4″
- emboss with your favorite folder
- stamp imagine on rectangle stitched die
- color image with Stampin’ Blends (FUN FUN FUN)
- add ribbon to embossed card stock before assembling
- stamp sentiment in Evening Evergreen
- using dimensionals, adhere to card
- add the 2021 gems to finish your masterpiece
Delivering Cheer Stamp Set:
This new stamp set, Delivering Cheer Stamp Set is part of the Holiday Catalog. A few years ago, Stampin’ Up! had a similar set. I am so happy they created another version for us to create projects with!
