Color Fusers Blog Hop February 2021
Hello February! Are we ready to embrace the month of February? I am so trying to stay positive that life will return to some sort of gathering with others with out masks. I miss the smiles and the hugs, do you? Well today, I am considering my post a virtual hug, filled with a smile and love for the Color Fusers Blog Hop February 2021.
My project:
February reminds me of hearts, probably because of Valentine’s Day. A close up look at the heart on my card featuring this month’s color combination.
The Details:
Grab your trimmer and card stock!
- cut several 1/2″ strips of the featured colors
- cut card base 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″
- score at 4 1/4″
- cut layering piece 4″ x 5 1/4″
- cut Whisper White 3 3/4″ x 5″
- using adhesive, place strips on the white card stock leaving a space in-between
- two layouts provided to show you how easy it is to change it up!
- die cut the heart in Bermuda Bay and the flower center in white
- add the pastel pearls to the heart
- stamp the sentiment in Gorgeous Grape
- assemble card
- place ribbon bow on heart with a mini glue dot
