August Holiday Card Club Card #2
Happy Sunday! Labor Day Weekend is here and summer is winding down and school officially begins this week. I pray the school year finishes in school and not on a quarantine. Any one else hoping for the same? I know my children miss their friends as well as the socialization!!!! So with summer ending, it is fitting to share holiday cards, right? Today’s post is all about August Holiday Card Club Card #2.
The Details:
Want to create your own? I absolutely love the colors once the card is all complete. I know it’s not traditional holiday colors but it’s always a good thing to mix it up!
- cut card base 4 1/4″ x 11″
- score at 5 1/2″
- cut layering piece 4 x 5 1/4″
- emboss with the Winter Snow Embossing Folder
- cut 2″ x 2″ squares from the designer series paper
- stamp sentiment on 1″ piece of scrap and create banner with Triple Banner Punch or the with Paper Snips
- die cut snowflake die in Pacific Point card stock
- add Blue Gem
- complete card as shown

My club started in July and by December you create 48 cards. Join in September, you will create still make 32 cards stress free and then continue with the club through February and you will have 16 cards featuring Sale-a-bration items. It’s been out for over a month and I still haven’t gone through the whole thing like I need too! I need about 48 hours in a day I think! I have tacked working with three stamp sets from it and I love all 3 of them. Looking forward to more creative time as the fall season approaches!

Family Time –
I am off to see my step mom. She is still recovering from an infection in her knee replacement. She is scheduled for a new knee replacement next week and hopefully she will be on the mend and back to work soon. Thank you to all who have asked about here and my grandmother who is currently in rehab after suffering a broken tibia and ankle. My supplies are listed below for an easy shopping reference.
