Color Fusers Blog Hop August 2020

Hello! How are you? I can not believe how fast each month goes by! It is August 3rd, the first Monday of the month and that means the Color Fusers Blog Hop August 2020! The pretty color palette this month includes Purple Posy, Granny Apple Green and Gorgeous Grape! I decided NOT to create a card but something else. I hope I made the right choice.

My Project:

Each month I try to create 3 cards with the monthly color palette. Why? I like to challenge myself. I could create 3 cards using the same stamp set or maybe I create 3 cards with 3 different stamp sets. This month, I decided tomato a framed art because it has been month’s since I complete one. A bit of a challenge however, I think it came out pretty good! Do you think so?

The Details:

I start out cutting my 3″ x 3″ squares followed by my layering piece, Whisper White 2 23/4″ x 2 3/4″ squares. Once that is complete, it’s time to use my creativity. I often repeat squares, using the same design on each framed art. The three banner square is on every one of my framed art! I went with using several stamp sets just so I could use my new supplies. I tied is all together with no pattern paper except for the one I stamped! I had a great time working on each one and can’t wait to hold a class!
