It’s the first Monday of the new year! Yay! I sat down on Sunday evening and created my card for this month’s Color Fusers Blog Hop. Not really having a direction on what I wanted to share, I looked at the colors, went through my collection stamps, one popped out at me and the creating began! Let’s take a look at the Color Fusers Blog Hop January 2020.
My Card!
I went simple. Taking out the color of card stock and one punch and made my own pattern paper. I have done this particular design before and I always love the outcome. Why? Simply because it doesn’t need much to make it finished. I choose the So Sentimental Bundle because I am a fan of stacked words. After stamping the sentiment and using the coordinating die, I placed a little heart in the corner and was happy with the end product. Let’s not forget the ribbon of course, the mascara to my card as many of you know!
Easy to Create!
Grab your Tailored Tag Punch and punch out a bunch in each color. I lined them up on the Basic Black card stock (5″ x 3 3/4″). I wanted the colors to POP and the black background did the job! Both cards are designed slightly different outlook equally as good! As you place them, you will need to trim off the excess before mounting it to card stock (5 1/4″ x 4″).

So Sentimental!
A new stamp set always draws my attention, especially when it is paired with stitched dies. My favorite dies are the Stitched Shapes Dies. They are my go to item because everything seems to work with them! I noticed in the Mini Catalog, some of the bundles include word sets with shaped dies. So Sentimental is one of those bundles. I love the scallop rectangles and the brackets included in the dies that coordinate with the sentiments.
