Painted Seasons Bundle Card
It’s sort of funny to me. I told myself I did NOT need the Painted Seasons Stamp Set that I had enough Sale-a-bration items and I was good with just having the Designer Series Paper. Well, I admit it, I was completely wrong! The Painted Seasons Stamp Set is amazing! I love the Disinkive Stamps, the detail just pops all over the card! As for the inspiration, I picked another pattern to use on the card however, once I started stamping, the busy pattern didn’t look as nice as the simple design shown in Call Me Clover. Let’s take a closer look at my Painted Seasons Bundle Card.
The Details:
Grab your Stampin’ Up! Trimmer and let’s get started!
- cut Early Espresso 4 1/4″ x 11″
- score at 5 1/2″
- cut off from one end 2 3/4′ x 4 1/4″ rectangle (this becomes the piece for the sentiment)
- cut Whisper White 2 1/2″ x 4″ and 4″ x 5 1/4″
- stamp flower in Grapefruit Grove on the TWO pieces of Whisper White Card Stock (as shown in picture, I stamped off to one side on the larger piece)
- mask flower and stamp leaves in Call me Clover on BOTH pieced of Whisper White Card Stock
- using the “dot” stamp, randomly stamp
- cut Painted Seasons Designer Series Paper 2 1/2″ x 4″
- adhere to the flap of the card base
Finishing the “Bonnie Fold” card:
Once you finish stamping, adhere the larger Whisper White Card Stock to inside of card. Attach smaller Whisper White to the Early Espresso rectangle that was cut from the card base. Add dimensionals to one side the rectangle (only half) and attach to the flap. Using an Aqua Painter, lightly color the center of the flower. Add some Wink of Stella for some shine. On a 1″ strip of Petal Pink, stamp sentiment in Early Espresso, Create the banner with the Banner Triple Banner Punch. Lastly, on the flower stamped on Petal Pink and leaves stamped on Mint Macaron, add a Gold Faceted Gem to the center for that special effect.
