Meant To Be Framed Art

Over the past year, creating a framed art piece has been a true joy!  I love using Stampin’ Up! product to create them.  The Meant To Be Framed Art pictured below is one of my favorites.  With the Meant To Be Framed Art, I did something slightly different.  Never before have I complete one with just one bundle and one designer series paper pack!

The Details:

The 12″ x 12″ framed art consists of 3″ x 3″ squares.  Normally, I make 9 squares however, the last few I changed it slightly by making one rectangle 6 1/4″ x 3″ to take the place of 2 squares.  Customers have been happy with the simple change.  As you can see the Lovely Lipstick Card Stock is layered with a different pattern from the All My Love Designer Series Paper Pack.  I took elements from the Meant To Be Bundle and used them on the squares.  When the framed art was complete, I was shocked to see I had only used the Meant to be Bundle, with the except of the Large Letter Framelits.  The Lovely Lipstick and Flirty Flamingo Ribbon, is sold in a combo pack in the Occasions Catalog.

The All My Love Designer Series Paper has a great color palette!  From Soft Sea Foam to Lovely Lipstick, the assortment of colors found in the patterns work well on MANY projects.  I have created several cards using numerous patterns.

Placement!

Do not worry about placing the squares and rectangle on the 12″ x 12″.  To keep it simple, I cut four 1 1/4″ squares and place them in the four corners.  From there, I place a mini glue dot on the back of each square.  I place the outside corners first and then place the others.  Once I am happy with the placement, I put mini glue dots in all 4 corners.
