Springtime Impressions Thinlits

Purchased together, you can save 10%. On my card, I finally got to create with the butterfly thinlit. Look at the detail, I sure do love butterflies!

Sponge Daubers!

A favorite item in the Stampin’ Up! Catalog is the pack of sponge daubers. I love how they can help with adding color to projects without messing up your hands. It fits on the tip of your finger and you can control the amount of color to add. I highly suggest you use one dauber per color. The dauber can be rinsed after use, however, some colors will automatically stain the sponge. It will still work.

I decided to mix a few other products with the Springtime Impressions Thinlits. I love how they look with the Abstract Impressions Stamp Set but I wanted to use my NEW Calligraphy Essentials Stamp Set. BIG font words always catch my eye and the Celebrate or I think you’re great sentiments work perfectly with the Nature’s Poem Designer Series Paper. The paper does have a “Fallish” feel with leaves on many of the patterns, but this universal stripe pattern can be used with ANYTHING! I love the combination of colors included and of course, not one butterfly but two to show you two different choices! Did you notice the Tufted Impressions Embossing Folder? Add this item to your wish list – YOU WILL LOVE IT!!!!

The finishing touches!

One word for the NEW Tranquil Tide Mini Ruffled Ribbon, WOW!!! At first I wasn’t sure about the mini ruffled ribbon but once again it’s an instant love with this ribbon! I am offering it as one of my ribbon splits because having only one color is not enough! It does make a pretty bow! Contact me if you would like a share! The basic pearls were added to the center of the butterfly for a little texture for it’s “body.” Everything always ties together so nicely with Stampin’ Up! products! Another win for card making!
