Every year by mid April, Stampin’ Up! releases the retiring products from the Annual and Occasions Catalogs.  It is often bittersweet, however, it is also a renewed love for some items.  For example, I have not touched the stamp set featured in today’s post.  I even did a Facebook Live on my customer page following my class because why not! Heading to retirement, Watercolor Wings deserves a second look!

Heading to retirement, Watercolor Wings

As you can see, I chose a bright color (Peekaboo Peach) and paired it with a complimentary color.  I just love how well Stampin’ Up! provides product with the same color to complete the look to projects.  The Peekaboo Peach Striped Ribbon is a favorite!  It makes a FANTASIC bow!

Watercolor Wings Stamp Set!

I have to say, this gem of a stamp set was tucked away in my closet.  Having been focused on Holiday and then Sale-a-bration products, it was so fun creating with this stamp set.  Even with the 3 step process, it lines up so easily and the end results is always perfect!

Creating your card!

The video making is always a challenge for me.  Half the time, I am just not set up and the other half I am behind in posting and feel bad delaying any longer.  It’s a real struggle. Today, I started my video on YouTube and after 10 minutes, it cut off.  I was almost finished and boom, it ended!  I decided, lets try a Facebook Live and see what happens.  Tell me what you think?  I need some feedback.  🙂

The Details:

As I mentioned in the video, the Watercolor Wings Stamp Set works so well with a variety of colors.  I picked Peekaboo Peach because it is retiring and it is often over looked.  Pairing it with Calypso Coral and Chocolate Chip balanced the trio of colors perfectly.  As you saw in the video, stamping off the solid image creates the ideal background.

  • Top right putting the outline stamp
  • Bottom left adding the detail to the center of the butterfly
  • Bottom right adding the little details to complete the card

Last- Chance Products!

#lastchance #retiringproducts

Earlier this week, I posted about the Last-Chance Products.  I will be focusing on as many of the items as I possibly can.  One of the many things I enjoy is showing current items that may have gone to the back burner and create something new bringing back how amazing the product is.  The easiest way to see what is leaving, head to my online store.  Everything that is available is in my store and you can add to your cart.  Do not wait too long to finalize your order as some items sell out quickly and stamp sets availability is only until May 25th.  Click on the Shop Now, it will bring you directly to my online store.

Goals:

My list is long when it comes to goals.  Granted it’s not too long that I am overwhelmed but I am truly focused on accomplishing many of my goals especially with Stampin’ Up!  Each year, Stampin’ Up! offers an incentive trip and I am close to earning a cruise to the Greek Isles. I would not even dream of achieving it without your support, encouragement and feedback in my Stampin’ Up! business.  Thank you for believing in me, following my website, as well as ordering through me.  As always, the products I used on my card are listed below.  Have a Fantastic Friday!

Happy Stampin’
