Yes, I do sending out cards to customers, friends and family on a regular basis. It is a highlight to my day when I seal the envelope and place the card in the mail. I wait for the reaction because I know Happy Mail in so much better than bills! Today’s post is Sending Gratitude in the Mail!

Sending out cards should be a no brainer. However, with the ease of the internet, “snail” mail has slowed but creating a simple card and placing it in an envelope is sure to deliver a smile to the receiver. I love creating cards, obviously, but I do it for many reasons. Why do you create? One of my reasons I create Thank You cards is I can send them to my customers for their support with my Stampin’ Up! Adventure. I know I would not be where I am today without so many of the people I have met through this wonderful company. I normally do not write inside the cards, I place my message on a post it note so the receiver can reuse the card! To me, it a small token of my appreciation.

Creating this card with numerous Designer Series Paper will look just as nice. I chose the Painted with Love Speciality Designer Series Paper because I have been on a foil sheet kick! I love the shine it adds to the creation!
- cut card base (Powder Pink) 4 1/4″ x 11″
- score at 5 1/2″
- cut layering piece (Rich Razzleberry) 4″ x 5 1/4″
- cut Designer Series Paper 2″ x 5 1/4″
You can easily add an embossing folder pattern to the layering piece for added texture but I was liking it smooth. I tied a quick knot at the bottom with the Powder Pink Ribbon. Lastly, using PUNCHES made the sentiment a fast add on! LOVE LOVE LOVE!
