The featured card is part of my Sale-a-bration Card Club that I started in January. It has been a wonderful 3 months sharing Sale-a-bration cards each month with club members. My club is NOT ending as it will switch gears into ALL OCCASIONS Cards until it switches to HOLIDAY Cards in July! I love the concept of Card Club. It is a wonderful way to add cards to your collection each month on a budget. I prep all cards and mail them to you if you are not local. (additional shipping fees) Directions are sent as well for future reference! If you are interested in joining please contact me to start in April! Current Club Members love the variety of cards I create for them monthly card class.
Lots of Lavender meets Blossoming Basket Bundle!
For March, Sale-a-bration Card Club the Blossoming Bundle was chosen for the 4 card designs. Although I love the basket from the Blossoming Basket, I also love mixing product and here is the perfect example. It is amazing when you combine products from different sets and create a WOW card!
Card Details:
I embossed the Very Vanilla card stock with the Basket Weave Embossing Folder and lightly sponged over it with Soft Suede. The Oval Framelit was cut in the center of a 3″ x4″ piece of Perfect Plum card stock. The Garden Green card stock is cut to the same size. When I placed on the card, I tilted it to off set both pieces. For the sentiment, I used a marker to color just the “for you” then punched with1 1/4 circle punch. The finishing touch came when I added the Burlap Ribbon. My card was now complete!
