Best Decision Ever!
Often I talk about joining my Second Street Stampers Team. It’s not because I am looking to grow in numbers but to share the same opportunity that was shared with me. I can specifically remember the first time I was introduced to Stampin’ Up!. I had never heard of the company and was handed a catalog. Having NO CLUE what I was looking at, I immediately gave the catalog back to the giver. A year later, I was approached by a woman in a craft store while shopping scrap book materials. She mentioned Stampin’ Up! to me and told me to contact a demonstrator. Believe it or not, I listened to a complete stranger and contacted the person who originally gave me a catalog and booked a workshop. Fast forward,14 years later, one of my Best Decisions Ever!
Second Street Stampers!
Each month, I hold a monthly team meeting at my home. Most of my team does live within a hour of me, HOWEVER, my team has expanded to other states which is truly AWESOME! I love having people from all over being a part of my group! This month, I created the cards for team members who achieved sales goals, promoted to Silver and who recently joined. The cards were inspired by a fellow demonstrator. I LOVE the Petal Passion Designer Series Paper from the Occasions Catalog and paired with Basic Gray and Powder Pink card stock was the perfect color combination!
Recognition!
Each month I hold a Creative Challenge within our group! At the meeting, people are recognized for participating. I hold the challenge online so ALL Members can take part in it. Demonstrators often bring items to show and tell at the meeting. This is probably one of the best parts of the meeting. I love hearing the excitement in their voice describing their project.
Make and Takes!
Also, at the meeting, business tips are provided as well as make and takes. Together, we learn so much more than by ourselves.

Love what I do!
In closing, I love what I do and I love sharing it with all of you! I listed the supplies for the card at the bottom for reference. The sentiment can easily be switched out with another stamp. The cards were quick to create but look even better in person!
