Just in time, fall is approaching and Stampin’ Up! releases the adorable Patterned Pumpkin Thinlits. Included in the pack of thinlits are different shapes of pumpkins along with a few other elements that coordinate with the Pick a Pumpkin Stamp Set. Autumn Cards with Patterned Pumpkins Thinlits:
My favorite piece out of the Patterned Paper Thinlits is the large open pumpkin. I will admit, at first, I was not placing this item in my cart BUT then I received an adorable gift featuring the pumpkin and knew I had to have my own. On my cards, I chose the Copper Foil Sheets. You may notice a few “bumps” on the pumpkins. It has been suggested if you place an index card over the thinlit before you run it through the big shot, it will help minimize the bumps. I kind of like the bumps. 🙂
Hard to pick one color combo:
With the current Designer Series Paper Buy 3 get 1 Free (selected packs) the logical choice for autumn cards was selecting the Painted Autumn Designer Series Paper. However, choosing the color combinations was a different story! Nothing wrong with creating three cards, all the same, but with different color palates. Each works for fall and my class loved making them. The words for my cards, I used the Banners for You Stamp Set.
