May 2017 Stampers Dozen Blog Hop Sneak Peek!

It’s that time again!! Time for the May 2017 Stampers Dozen Bog Hop Sneak Peek! Are you excited about the upcoming catalog? It will be released before you know it! I can’t believe a year has gone by so quickly! You will absolutely fall in love with soooooooo many products that your wish list is sure to be long! I know mine is. In April 2017, at OnStage, I was fortunate enough to be a presenter. I have not shared my Birthday Memories Suite creations online. You will be the first to see some of them!

At first glance, the Birthday Memories Suite was not my style. However, I embraced it, stepped out of my comfort zone and created several projects to share. When I was finished, I actually found myself liking the suite. It is different from my normal selection of stamps! I hope you also fall in love with it as well.

The card on the right, all attendees got to make during one of our make and take sessions. The banner and the fox are both cut from the Birthday Memories Designer Series Paper using the Birthday Friends Framelits. That’s correct, NO FUSSY CUTTING! The Birthday Friends Framelits match BOTH the stamp set and the Designer Series Paper! I love that 2 sayings in the Birthday Delivery stamp set fit into the banner as well! The additional two cards were simple to make, just by changing card stock, do you notice the fox stands out more? How about the Designer Series Paper? It had bold, bright colors and an assortment of patterns. Mix and match any combination and your creation is unique and adorable!

Using the same card layout, I switched the fox to the birthday cake image. Here are 2 projects showcasing the cake.
