Last month for my Bingo Event, I created a few cards using the Cupcake and Carousels Designer Series Paper Stack. I had some left over pieces and decided not to let them go to waste! Making a 1 1/2″ x 4 1/4″ strip I was able to create 2 birthday cards! Perfect for my upcoming Happy Birthday Card Club. Using the colors from the stack, I love how Bermuda Bay, Early Espresso and So Saffron look! I used the Lucky Stars embossing folder and punched a few stars with some punches. For the sentiment, I used on of my FAVORITE products, the Stitched Shapes Framelits. The larger banner was made with the Banner Framelits that needed some love! Lastly, The Bermuda Bay banner was created with Triple Banner Punch. When I finished the card, I definitely was happy I created a masculine card! It will be going in the mail soon!!
I love the sayings from the Balloon Adventure set highlighted on the card. I am hoping it makes it into our annual catalog. Speaking of the NEW annual catalog, I will be seeing it soon! I am currently in Richmond, VA awaiting the start of OnStage Local! Although, most of my team is back in NY, I am fortunate to have other SU! friends traveling here to attend the conference. This will be my first event as being part of the Events Global Council! What is that? The council is made up of 14 global demonstrators who help with our events. I am part of the set up crew, the event and the clean up crew! I will be super busy the next few days but I will hopefully get to post pictures either during or after the event.
